It is our aim that you will receive most orders within 14 working days of placing your order, however you should allow longer during busy postal periods and International orders. We will contact you should we forsee any major delay in a delivery.

Most of our goods will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery. For international orders, items will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service.
We accept debit cards and all major credit cards (excluding American Express) :
Maestro, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Laser.
We can only accept payment by credit card for International orders. Import duties may apply on receipt of the parcel and we have no control over this.
For customers in the U.S.A. we will post the items International signed for which requires a signature at the delivery address.
