We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express card payments via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe), or payment via Paypal.
We aim to dispatch orders with 1-3 working days.
Shipping within the UK is either by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (for print purchases) or by MyHermes (for cushion and blanket purchases).
Shipping outside the UK can take any time from 3 days up to two weeks. Tracking information will be supplied to the customer once the order has dispatched.
Duties and Taxes
If your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the EU, it will be subject to duties and import taxes, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
We do hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please do get in touch immediately.
We cannot accept returns on screen prints as potential damage may happen during it's transit back to us; this would prevent the artwork from being resold as prints are dispatched from us in pristine condition.
If your item arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch by email and if possible please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible.
We do accept returns for our textile products (cushions and blankets) within 14 days of purchase, providing that the items are in their original condition.
