Shipping
Archival pigment prints are printed to order and dispatched directly from the printers. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
For other artworks/products we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days by UPS. Original artworks are fully insured.
Larger paintings (sent outside of the UK) will be sent crated via an art logistics company, this can take between 14-21 days depending on location. Delivery of larger paintings within the UK will be shipped via courier, please allow up to 7 working days.
Unfortunately due to GPSR regulations blankets cannot be sold to customers in the EU. However, print on demand items (year posters) can be shipped worldwide as EU orders will be printed and dispatched from Germany.
Original artworks can also be shipped worldwide as they are exempt from GPSR.
Duties and Taxes
Customers in the UK, EU and US will not have to pay customs fees on print to order year posters as these will be printed either in the UK, Germany or US depending on the customers location. Please note this applies to the year posters only!
If purchasing other artworks/products outside of the UK they may be subject to duties and import taxes, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. UPS will notify the recipient directly and fees will need to be paid prior to delivery.
Returns

We cannot accept returns on any prints (including print to order year posters) or paintings as potential damage may happen during its transit back to us. This would prevent the artwork from being resold.
If any artwork arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch by email and if possible please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible.
We do accept returns on blankets.
Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the costs of return shipping.
When sending an item back to us we thoroughly recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment to ensure it is returned safely to us.

Two-Year Warranty
In compliance with EU regulations, our print to order art prints come with a mandatory two-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Should you encounter any issues with our products, please contact our representative at info@theprintspace.co.uk , and they will be happy to assist you with repairs, replacements, or refunds as necessary.
