Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days by UPS. Artworks are fully insured.

Larger paintings (sent outside of the UK) will be sent crated via an art logistics company, this can take between 14-21 days depending on location. Delivery of larger paintings within the UK will be shipped via courier, please allow up to 7 working days.

Duties and Taxes

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be subject to duties and import taxes, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. UPS will notify the recipient directly, fees will need to be paid prior to delivery.

Returns

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please do get in touch immediately by contacting this email address:

We cannot accept returns on any prints, paintings or ceramic art pieces as potential damage may happen during its transit back to us. This would prevent the artwork from being resold.

If any artwork arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch by email and if possible please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible.

Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the costs of return shipping. 

When sending an item back to us we thoroughly recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment to ensure it is returned safely to us.
