Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
Shipping within the UK:
Screen prints, giclees and textiles are sent by Royal Mail Next Day delivery. These products (apart from the textiles) are sent rolled in custom made postal tubes that are robust and have a wide diameter ensuring the artwork is not too tightly rolled.
Large prints with collage elements will be sent flat packed by UPS. Oversized prints, painting and ceramics will also be sent by UPS.
Shipping outside the UK:
Artwork that can be rolled will be sent using Royal Mail’s International Signed and Tracked for service. This can take any time from 3 working days (Europe) up to two weeks (ROW). Tracking information will be supplied to the customer once the order has dispatched.
Larger, heavier, or artwork with collage, will be sent by UPS. This is an express shipping solution. Usually 1-3 working days.
Duties and Taxes
If your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the EU, it will be subject to duties and import taxes, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

We cannot accept returns on any prints, paintings or ceramic art pieces as potential damage may happen during its transit back to us. This would prevent the artwork from being resold. We do accept returns for our blankets within 14 days of purchase, providing that the items are in their original condition.
If your item arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch by email and if possible please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible.

Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the costs of return shipping.
When sending an item back to us we thoroughly recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment and be ensured that it has definitely returned safely to us.
